About This Programme
Industry Professionals Cohort 2026 is the inaugural professional certification cohort under the International Certification in Inclusive Insurance (ICII). Implemented by the Center for Policy Research on Business and Development (CPRBD), University of Dhaka, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the programme is designed to strengthen professional knowledge and practical competencies in inclusive insurance. Through four internationally benchmarked certification modules delivered by a UNDP-endorsed International Master Trainer, participants develop expertise in customer-centric product design, partnerships, distribution, marketing, claims management, and institutional capacity development.
